Church Hill Overlook Richmond Elopement

One day Kathy had a car issue, little did Daniel know his future bride was about to walk into his automotive shop. Funny how life happens, right? One day you’re cruising along and BOOM you’re thrown off course by something unpredictable, yet it sets you on the path you were meant to travel down.

Kathy and Daniel have faced a few more unpredictable events since that magical car trouble day, like a global pandemic. Their original wedding plans were put on hold. That didn’t stop them from getting married. They decided to have a Richmond Elopement.

On a perfect misty day, Kathy and Daniel stood at the Church Hill Overlook with the Richmond skyline behind them peeking through the fog, to say I Do. Just the two of them, hand in hand, no one else in the world. They laughed, shed a few tears, and embraced the beauty of the rain as it blessed their new beginning.

They did include one special guest! Their best boy, Bentley! Bentley the sweet, handsome and treat loving Golden Retriever who completely stole the show with his dashing good looks, bow tie, and big smile!

Life may not give you the textbook perfect beginnings you see in the movies. Instead, it gives you the unpredictable, the imperfectly perfect moments that create the life you were always meant to have. Beautifully imperfect.
