Dan & Nicole’s Old Town Alexandria Engagement Portraits
A few friends went to a bar and little did they know they’d find their soul mate. Dan and Nicole wanted to have Old Town Alexandria engagement portraits. It’s where they got engaged and where their life has begun to bloom.
Dan and Nicole met one night when they went out to a bar with friends. Let’s just say a few drinks were had and they each have their own version of how that night unfolded and it’s perfect. All that matters is they’re together and planning the perfect fall wedding at Lesner Inn.
We met just before the COVID pandemic hit for their Old Town Alexandra engagement portraits. We had the streets to ourselves, blooming cherry blossoms, and lots of laughs as we chatted about life.
Getting my couples to connect with each other is always my goal. Being in a moment with the person you love will always yield beautiful portraits. As soon as Dan and Nicole fell into those moments, magic happened! Nicole had told me she didn’t love having photos done, which is normal! I knew I needed her to feel those moments with Dan and I would handle the rest!
Dan and Nicole chose Old Town since it was the place Dan took Nicole to propose. He made reservations at a food place Nicole loves. They took an after-dinner walk, down to the water were Dan forgot to get on one knee, and asked Nicole to be his bride!
