Corey contacted me about proposing in Hawaii to is girlfriend Kiersten. We choose a date and waited for it to arrive with so much excitement. As a Hawaii proposal photographer I have experience with blending into the environment to capture a surprise proposal, however this session was a little different. My husband and I were the only two people on the beach…making it a little hard to blend in. Why were we the only people on the beach? Have I discovered a secret Oahu oasis? Unfortunately not. Over the last few months in Hawaii we’ve experienced a lot of rain, so the rain gave us a private beach! We pulled it off, Kiersten had no idea we were involved at all. We were lucky to sit front row to Kiersten’s perfect reactions and see pure love & happiness.
