Nick & Kim’s Virginia Beach Engagement Photos

Nick and Kim stepped out of their car, walked to the beach, and basically became the real-life cover of any Nicholas Sparks novel. The perfect cuffed jeans, light cotton shirt for Nick, and a flowy tank paired with skinnies for Kim. They ditched the shoes and opted to get their toes wet right from the beginning!
Each prompt I’d give them, it was beautiful to watch them get comfortable in that moment together. Check how Nick looks at her when she’s having fun or how Kim can’t stop smiling the entire time. When you truly feel comfortable with your photographer, surroundings, and of course your person the best memories are created.
Kim and I had chatted a few times about getting photos under a pier for their Virginia Beach Engagement Photos. We found a small little pier, and oh my gosh was magic created! Seriously, take a min and scroll back through them!
Then the big question came, was Nick up for sitting in the water in jeans. I’m proud to say he didn’t hesitate a second about getting in the water! Seeing their reactions to the waves, and each other is such a beautiful moment.
