Brittany & Charles’ Waterfront VA Beach Wedding

Brittany and Charles gathered their closest people for their intimate waterfront VA Beach wedding in late March. On a beatuiful 80 degree day they said I Do along the water.

Brittany & Charles met on Bumble. After 1 day of talking, Charles asked for Brittany’s number because he was going on a bachelor party trip and was putting his profile on travel/pause. He feared losing his match with her (queue the collective awe), so he wanted to ensure we could still talk. Knowing he was going on a bachelor trip, Brittany didn’t think she would hear from him. However, she did hear from Charles during the trip, and the following weekend, they had their first date and have been together ever since!

As Virginia Beach residents, Brittany and Charles knew the Lesner Inn would provide the perfect backdrop for their early spring wedding. Mother Nature agreed and gave us unusually warm March weather. Their first look along the water made Charles excited to see his gorgeous bride. You could feel how giddy he was to see her finally! They had a moment for themselves, filled with excitement for the day and love for each other.

Their ceremony was tied with a knotting ceremony, plenty of giggles and a few tears too! After the I do’s, they took some time just to be the two of them with appetizers and drinks. 10/10 recommend this movie on your wedding day! You rarely get to spend time alone with just the two of you. Their romantic reception featured a touching toast by the maid of honor, a tear-filled mother-son dance, and a mother-and-daughters dance filled with epic karaoke moments! Thier guests sent them off into their next chapter with pom-poms down the steps of the Lesner Inn.
