Where to begin with Ali & Tre? Do we start with their Middleburg, VA Wedding, or do we start back where it all began? If this was a story about Ali and Cat’s meet cute, we’d rewind five years to an airplane ride, and two girls striking up a convo likely about The Bills. This is a story about Ali & Tre, so we’ll rewind three years, before their gathered their closest people to celebrate their love story.

How they Met…

Like many COVID-era couples, Ali and Tre met on a dating app. They began messaging, and conversations flowed. One week, Tre asked Ali, ‘What are you up to this weekend?’ and Ali sharply replied, ‘I’m busy this weekend, I’ll take a raincheck.’ Thinking Tre was asking to meet up. He may not have been asking her on a date that day, but Ali sure cashed in her raincheck and married Tre.

Their Middleburg VA Wedding..

Ali and Tre fell in love with The Goodstone Inn and planned a short engagement so they could gather their loved ones in beautiful Middleburg, VA. They weren’t wrong! They could not have had a more gorgeous day! The weather was perfect, the humans were top-notch, and the love was out of this world for these two! Every person in attendance was over the moon excited for Ali & Tre.

They said I do in front of the Ivy wall at The Goodstone Inn, as the sun cascaded down on them. (I decided this was Tre’s grandmother, adding a little extra warmth) They were married by one of Ali’s good friends, became a complete family with the sweetest unity ceremony, and exchanged vows that had us all in tears and a few laughs over good morning texts. They were showered with petals as they took their first steps as husband and wife!

Ali and Tre decided to create the best family dinner a couple could ask for. The long tables along the pool gave an intimate feel that brought their guests together, everyone mingling and blending into one big family: Ali & Tre’s Family! They all shared dinner as the sun set, a good friend sang for them, Ali’s dad toasted them along with the MOH’s & best man all having us on the edge of tears & laughter. Lastly, they were sent off with sparklers to celebrate two of the best humans!
