Di & Castor’s Engagement Photos at Brock Environmental Center in Virginia Beach

Di and Castor learned that they love to travel to find an incredible view after their trip to Iceland. Taking their engagement photos at Brock Environmental Center was the best way to give them incredible views right here in Virginia Beach. They were able to frolic all around the water and the trails at Golden Hour.

How they met

Di and Castor are high school sweethearts! One day, Castor got the courage to send her a message, and the rest is history! We can’t wait for their fall wedding at The Women’s Club of Portsmouth!

The Proposal

While Di and Castor were visiting family in Marco Island over Memorial Day weekend, Castor had bigger plans to propose during the trip so they could celebrate with their family.

On the afternoon they were heading to a private beach for a picnic, Castor pretended to roll his ankle. Castor always loves to be silly and make Di laugh. To Di’s surprise, (while he was down on one knee!) he pulled out a ring to propose. Spoiler alert: she said YES! They then got to celebrate with both of their families and it was perfect.

This fall evening in was the perfect date night to laugh and adventure the trails of the Brock Environmental Center. Di and Castor love a low-key evening spending quality time together to balance out their busy schedules.
