Kyle & Holly’s Virginia Wedding at Irvine Estate
Who knew a love for Russian literature would bring two souls destined for each other together. Holly and Kyle’s Virginia wedding at Irvine Estate was the perfect snow covered day on the cusp of a winter storm. So we laced up our duck boots and made snowy magic.
Holly and Kyle wanted a Virginia wedding venue with epic views, and an intimate feel for their small winter wedding. Irvine Estate and the House Mountain Inn were the perfect place. Sweeping views of the blue ridge mountains, elegant rustic vibes, and dramatic fireplaces in all the right places.
Kyle and Holly wanted to do a first look so they could have a moment with just the two of them to soak up the day. The best part, Kyle had a custom suit made by one of his groomsmen, Holly hasn’t seen it yet! Her reaction to how great he looked in his suit was priceless! Who said first looks are only for grooms to get a peek?!?
Surrounded by the blue ridge mountains, in front of their closest people, these two souls committed to forever with hand written vows. The emotion expressed by both through out the ceremony shows just how in love these two are.
Holly had a couple ‘big’ portrait requests (not big at all), in fact I don’t know who was more excited me or her! She wanted snowing portraits in their duck books, and intimate portraits next to the outdoor fire place. I mean if you’re going to have an epic winter wedding, you need boots and a good fireplace!
If you love Holly and Kyle’s wedding day you’ll love Lauren & Pete’s winter wedding!
