Matt & Maggie’s King Family Vineyard Engagement Portraits

Matt and Maggie what can I say? They’re just awesome to hang out with! Matt reminds me so much of my husband, and Maggie and a straight grade A stunner with a great personality to go with it! We met for their Charlottesville Engagement portraits at the King Family Vineyard.

Matt was R E A D Y when it came time to start their session. He was in it to win it! Posing like a champ, creating fun moments that put Maggie at ease, and also flexing a gangster pose when needed. As promised, Matt is awarded an A++ for his performance.

To fully understand the love Matt has for Maggie we need to throw it all the way back to the 7th grade! Before the braces came off, and everyone is inherently awkward (it’s lies if any one says they’re not awkward in 7th grade. LIES). Matt laid his eyes on this future smokin hot fiancé. He took one look at Maggie, her braces, Lucious hair and said ‘Im gonna marry you GIRL’. Just Kidding, they didn’t even start dating until a few years later in high school, after the braces came off.

Fast Forward to 2020, in Charlottesville VA while at a winery, Matt got down on one knee to ask Maggie to marry him. She said ‘Are you sure?’ In Maggies words ‘He’s way too good for me’ but what I see is he’s perfect for her. They’re perfect for each other. Matt makes Maggie buckle at the knees laughing, and Maggie keeps Matt on his toes.

Exactly one year from their wedding date we met at King Family Vineyard for their Charlottesville Engagement portraits. Maggie slaying in her plunging dress, and Matt completing her perfectly in a dark button down. They danced, giggled, and walked with swagger in front of the mountains as the sunset.
